Look for a different PW manager. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13245138, 3 days ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Jesse, 3 days agoWorks well! Only he sometimes opens popups if I don't want to, or he says I have to log in with google instead of with username and password. Also a pity that you can not create a new login in the popup (that has to be on the website). But for the rest, he works well!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 20229332, 9 days agoAbout 15-20 years ago I recognized, as many people who have many passwords to juggle do or should, that I needed some reliable means to manage my ever growing list of login passwords. I chose an up and comer online password manager and started dabbling with it. Its mechanics were appealing to me and it soon surpassed some of the more established versions and became one of the industry leaders.
As often happens in the software industry, its notoriety attracted new suitors and the company was sold. At first I didn’t notice many changes except escalating prices. However, I still felt it to be a good value and, quite frankly, I felt that I had too much time and peace of mind invested to try and jump ship.
Then came the first data breech, which was somewhat alarming. I never saw any evidence of direct involvement with my system and tried to convince myself that the individuals involved in the breech were probably using “password”, “drowssap”, “1234” and the like for their passwords. Then the second data breech occurred. At this point I started looking around and thinking somewhat seriously.
1Password kept rising to the top of my search, but having over 100 passwords and more private notes than that residing on my old system gave me the shivers when thinking about pulling the trigger on a new system! However I swallowed hard, chose the trial version of 1Password and jumped into the deep end.
The first things that amazed me about 1Password was both how lightning fast and complete the transfer of data was from my old system into 1PW. Equally amazing was the fact that this extensive amount of data all mapped perfectly over to the new system. I have been using 1PW for about 3 months now and have not seen ANY evidence that ANYTHING didn’t transfer over.
There was one hiccup at first that was not the fault of 1PW in any way. It did turn out to be a blessing in disguise. You see my primary OS is not Windows or Apple related. Additionally, while the browser I use on this OS is a fairly common browser, the one I use is not the over-the-counter version. It is somewhat proprietary. This anomaly caused the 1PW to not want to login normally. What I learned because of all of this was just how excellent 1PW’s customer service is. They treated me like I was the only customer they had. It was amazing just how hard they worked helping resolve this issue, particularly considering that I had never spent a penny with them yet! With their guidance, I was able to resolve the browser issue.
After using 1PW for 3 months now, I like it a LOT! It works much better than my old system, particularly on my iPhone. I have never once gone back to my old system and have deactivated it on all my computers/phones. I am learning more about 1PW every day and am glad I summoned the nerve to make the change. - Rated 5 out of 5by gregstoll, 12 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 20215395, 14 days agoI had a minor quibble with the NordPass app so I thought I would try 1Password. Well, 1Password is soooo much better. The UI is smoother, the fact that your passkey is stored in the same entry as your user name, password, and TOTP is awesome. And the Watchtower feature is priceless; I've trimmed the Watchtower list of my account issues down to just a few and I never would even have known to do this without that feature. It is just a much superior product on macOS as an app and as a Firefox plugin, and as an app on iOS.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 20205086, 18 days agoIt's fine, but it is beyond frustrating that it consistently hijacks the passkey prompt and does not work with other password managers. There has been an open ticket with them from Bitwarden and others for years and they have done nothing. I would never use 1Password if my employer had bought it, or if I could restrict Extensions to different profiles (so it would never be enabled in my personal profile).
If they fixed the passkey prompt issues with Bitwarden or other external password managers, I would give it a 5 - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 20202244, 19 days ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20185331, a month agoUnfortunately, it's one of the best password managers I've used, but with 1Password's decision to financially support white supremacists, I see no option but to switch password manager.
