- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14647736, 6 years agoThis is perhaps the single most frustrating app on my machines. Doesn't work at all with Firefox, isn't accessible on my phone suddenly. Keeps asking for my account detail even tho I have a license. Maddening

posted 6 years agoHey there! A 1Password.com membership is required to use 1Password X, but you may be looking for our desktop-dependent 1Password extension. You can find the extension that’ll work with standalone licenses here: https://1password.com/browsers/firefox/
If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support+extension@1password.com. - Rated 5 out of 5by Amy_T, 6 years ago

posted 6 years agoHey there! We are currently working to bring Windows Hello support to 1Password X. We've wanted this feature for quite a while, but we weren't willing to add it until we could do so in a well designed and secure way. Desktop App Integration has gone really well so far for macOS, so Windows shouldn't be far behind. Keep an eye on our 1Password X beta forum for further news: https://discussions.agilebits.com/categories/1password-x-explorers- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14586695, 6 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14559361, 6 years agoThe addon is great but, frustratingly, my settings are always reverted. If you want to change the auto-lock setting it just doesn't hold. Maybe its due to the addon update, maybe its the addon itself but its very very frustrating because my master password is longggg and i dont want to use it every 10 mins.

posted 6 years agoHmm – that’s not expected behavior. The auto-lock settings are for you to determine your own balance of security vs. convenience. Please get in touch with us at support+x@1password.com so we can diagnose the underlying issue. Thanks! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14547607, 6 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by durky, 6 years agoThis is absolutely great! When I switched from macOS to Linux I was afraid I was going to miss a lot of 1password functionality, but it turns out to work just as well. The extension also gets better every month due to very frequent updates. The company building it is also very responsive on their support forum. Apps on other platforms work equally well (iOS and Android). Even works well with 2 different accounts (private and work) logged in simultaneously.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14536125, 6 years agoNice progress, but could still use some work. Since Firefox lets users have a dark theme, it would be nice for 1Password X to allow for a Dark theme as well, like the full-fledged app. The addon also did not recognize the login fields for mozilla.org, I had to manually copy/paste my credentials from the addon :-/
Developer response
posted 6 years agoWe appreciate the feedback regarding a dark theme for 1Password X. It’s something we’d love to consider in future versions. As far as filling on mozilla.org goes, extensions are blocked on that page by Mozilla, so there isn’t much we can do there. Copy and paste will be the best solution for that site.
