ABCare — customer tickets next to the order by Jakub Maguza

Open an order in your seller panel and see right away whether this customer has already contacted you.

The ABCare extension shows, next to the order card in Base (BaseLinker), Sellasist and Allegro Sales Center, what ABCare knows about the customer:

• tickets — number, subject, status and date of the last message, with an “Open in ABCare” link,
• the customer's other orders — the current one is marked,
• returns and complaints.

By default it is a thin bar at the top of the page; a click expands the full lists. In the options you choose the position (top bar, bottom bar, floating badge or below the products on the order card), what to show and how long the result is cached. The same list is available in the Firefox sidebar — click the extension icon to open it.

Who is it for. Companies that handle customer service in ABCare (https://abcare.appsbusters.pl) and sell through Base, Sellasist or Allegro. The extension does not work on its own: you need an ABCare account, a company with a connected order system and a personal extension token (ABCare → My account → Extension tokens). The interface is in Polish.

Read-only, no ads.

• The extension changes nothing in the seller panel or in ABCare.
• No ads, no analytics, no browsing history collection.
• It sends to the ABCare server only the number of the open order and the panel address, and on Sellasist also the customer e-mail from the order card — solely to find that customer's tickets.
• The token is stored only in this browser and works only in your company, within your permissions. You can revoke it in ABCare at any time.
