Privacy policy of the ABCare extension (customer tickets next to the order)

The extension is optional and only works for people who install it themselves and connect it to ABCare with a personal token. It runs only on order pages in the Base (BaseLinker), Sellasist and Allegro Sales Center seller panels and on addresses you allow in its options.
What it sends: when you open an order, the extension reads the order number and the panel address from that page, and on Sellasist also the customer e-mail from the order card, and sends them over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only to the ABCare server (abcare.appsbusters.pl or the ABCare address set in the options), together with your personal ABCare token that identifies you.
Why: only to show that customer's tickets, orders and returns that you can already see in ABCare — read-only, within your permissions. The Sellasist e-mail address is not stored. Next to the token the ABCare server keeps the last 10 requests (time, IP address, order system, order number and result) and the time and address of the last use — you can see them in My account → Extension tokens; older entries are deleted as new ones arrive.
What it stores in the browser: the ABCare address, the token and display settings (extension local storage, not synced) and the last result for a few minutes (session storage, cleared when the browser closes). You can revoke the token at any time in ABCare (My account → Extension tokens); the company administrator can revoke everyone's tokens. Uninstalling the extension removes its data from the browser.
What it does not do: no browsing history collection, no reading of other pages, no ads, no analytics, no sharing of data with anyone other than ABCare. Customer data shown by the extension belongs to the company you work for; we process it on that company's behalf.
