ApplyPilot is your application assistant: it assesses the fit of a job offer with your profile (a score from 0 to 10), generates a cover letter from your template, and fills out applications with one click.

Features

• Match score: Open a offer page, ApplyPilot extracts the requirements (skills, experience, education, languages, responsibilities) and indicates for each whether it is fulfilled, partially/potentially fulfilled, or not fulfilled, with a justification.
• Custom Documents: import your CV and your cover letter template (.docx or .odt). ApplyPilot will draft a letter tailored to the position, while maintaining your template’s format, and will suggest recommendations for adjusting your CV (experiences, skills, projects, professional description) without ever inventing qualifications.
• Automatic Filling: Populates the empty fields of the application forms from your profile. The action is only triggered when you click the button; static filling works without an account.
• Custom Instructions: Add your own guidelines to guide the tone and content of the results.
• Attached files: keep your diplomas, transcripts, and certifications in the extension to attach them faster to your applications.

• Free: 8 evaluations or document generations per month (account required), unlimited static filling.
• Pro (€5/month): unlimited usage, AI-powered auto-fill, and the ability to configure your own Ollama server and API key.

Confidentiality

Your profile, your CV, and your models are stored locally in the browser. When you launch an analysis, a generation, or a fill by AI, the necessary text (job description and your profile) is sent to the ApplyPilot server, which queries the Ollama model, or directly to your own Ollama server if you are a Pro subscriber and have it configured. The extension also transmits your login information to your account. Nothing is sent until you have launched an action.

The templates and attachments do not leave your browser.
