Firefox port of Chrome extension 'Currency Converter' originally by Mattia Maestrini (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/currency-converter/lncdobdbibdgoiohgnflmjajfphcnakg).

All credit goes to him as the original developer. I have simply tweaked the code to let it run on Firefox.

- Due to switch to new API, the number of supported currencies has increased to 160! So have now added them to the list in the extension.
