- There was a time when this downloader was the best of the best. That sadly is no longer the case. The developer was hawking a paid downloader but as I understand it it doesn't or hasn't worked for awhile. As for the recent most 5 star reviews singing its praises, I'm skeptical if they're genuine...
I know the developer has put a-lot of effort into this add-on, and I wish I could give it a 5 star rating but in its present state I can't
Let me be clear that I'm talking about the add-on version NOT the paid version. I only speak of the paid version based on the experience those that have bought it have had, several of who are longtime friends of mine...
If the developer fixes the free version and it works, then I'll change my review accordingly...
As of this date 01/25/2026 none of the other YouTube down-loaders appear to be working either...
It seems YouTube has gone full on nuclear to break these down-loaders...
