I am using this add-on for quite a while. I found it working for my purpose very efficiently, without any glitch. Any questions or problems (I am not a geek...) are quickly answered and explained by the program's author. On the basis of my experience I can only praise his work. I have no hesitation in recommending this add-on to users, as it is easy to use. I intend to use this add-on on a permanent basis, as there is no features in it that I dislike.

I have found this program and support great despite YouTube's constant changes. I am now on the second version of the beta release and find the interface, program and output great. Any problems I get a quick response. Deserves supporting.

This NO LONGER WORKS. I voluntarily paid for the previous version every year because this worked so well. I gave up on the Pro Version months ago as it rarely functions. YouTube's code staff quickly blocks whatever new code/method Pro Version uses every time. The author should remove this and refund all FAILED Pro Upgrade users. I am very surprised Firefox hasn't removed this.

Completely broken. Even the download button no longer appears. Shameful that Mozilla still lists this Add-on as "Recommended" when its been broken for months!

Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express V 0.7.1 works great for me. It's an easy tool for saving my favorite youtube videos. Videos often get deleted from youtube so this provides an easy archival method that you control.

I earlier used this extenion to my full satisfaction. But now - unless a second donation - it is not able to activate the download button by the method mentioned on the support site. Very disappointing.

Been using this app for a few years now, without issues. However recently it stopped working. Contacted support and within 24h the dev responded by email with the correct solution. That's client service right there :)
