by Firefox user 18575836, 8 months agoI've been using this Add-on for years. Simple, easy to use, and does what it says. Recently, YouTube has changed its technical specs that made HD videos no longer possible to direct download for ANY add-on. This add-on allows for a 1-time donation (I gave $10), and the extra infrastructure needed to support HD downloads is then supported by the developer. Works perfectly, easy to donate/input the registration code. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I paid for the pro version and I can't use it. The developer just stalled and didn't solve anything. The solution isn't to buy another program and pay again for an external program; that's annoying.

Problem: bei meinen PC kommt die Meldung "Load the exention on the youtube tab"
Mehrere Versuche Support zu bekommen blieben unbeantwortet.
Deshalb gibt es von mir nur einen Stern. Ein Programm das nicht funktioniert taugt eben nichts.
