Purchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.
Hi Vista, we completely understand the frustration — showing 100% progress only to produce empty files is misleading and a waste of your time.
