    Hey! Never working and stuck on a loading message from the start — that's a rough first experience. Version 24.1 fixes the loading loop. Please update and give it another try — it should actually download this time! 😊

    Downloading the app doesn't do anything, the features seem to be locked behind a pro upgrade paywall. Which would be fine. I get running a server to do this costs money, but if you'd bother to explain this in your extensions about section it wouldn't feel like a scam.

    Hi! That's fair feedback — we should be clearer about what's available in the free version. Not all formats require a PRO licence; the trial covers 100 downloads and many formats remain free after that. Version 24.1 is now out and works much better. Give it an update! 🙏

    Am a contributing member. When I went to download something, the app said it had expired. I contacted support and they got back to me quickly. Explained how it's set up to expire every year now and why. They sent a link to get the up dated version. Everything went flawless after that and back to downloading when I want to. Very good customer support!

    Hi Andreas! Neither the in-page button nor the extension working — that sounds like a full compatibility issue. Version 24.1 is now out and fixes this. Update the extension and both options should work again. Give it a try! 🙏

    Thanks for the update. This looks like a winner to me. I have downloaded the Windows version. I downloaded some files already and it worked fine.
