- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14070079, 7 years agoThis add-on asks for a paid subscription to work only after you install it. It doesn't even appear on your bar unless you pay.
- Rated 1 out of 5by TE5LA, 7 years agoDoes not work for 1080 resolutions straight off the bat. Wants you to buy upgrade in order to. False advertising, as the extension's page claims to work on 1080.
Avoid, there are much better free ways to do this. Torch Browser has this function built in. - Rated 1 out of 5by grizzler, 7 years agoDoesn't give you the option to try downloading as mp3, but just asks for money straight away. That's fraud in my book.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14057134, 7 years agoFor a long time I felt this was a great add on with good support.
That is no longer the case.
This add on no longer works at all, and support is non existent.
If the links provided for support even work, they will not be answered by anyone.
I now feel that I wasted my money purchasing the Pro version. - Rated 1 out of 5by NOFX, 7 years agoWARNING: DO NOT upgrade to PRO, this author/software is full of BS. Needs to be banned ASAP.
Upon making PayPal donation, an online activation web page will automatically pop up in your browser to upgrade the installed FREE extension to PRO version while you get an email receipt from PayPal and that's it.
Unfortunately, from the slightest things like browser crashing, this extension will quickly revert back to FREE status, so I wanted my PRO version back and asked the author how I do that, and this Dishita or Dipshit started making up lies about how I need my "activation email" from the previous PRO purchase/donation or otherwise have to donate again and I'm like lol yeah fxxking right!
Listen you pathetic low-life scum fraud wannabe selling garbage on internet. Joke is over now.
Better get lost before I go down there n light your fake-ass up for everyone else to see. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13441518, 7 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13772272, 7 years agoWe can't download 720p files, even if they were only upload fifteen hours ago. We get the message:
Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 720p (Since 24 September 2018)/1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users. Read more at - https://videodroid.org/pro_upgrade.html. FREE users can download all formats in CACHE where some PRO users fetched the video/audio in past 24 hours, to test the feature you can try downloading popular videos. - Rated 1 out of 5by John Corliss, 7 years agoAll the good formats are limited to the "Pro" version, which costs money. No thanks, off it comes.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Thany, 7 years agoIt sort of works. But like most other video downloads, it appears to provide 1080p downloads, while it just doesn't bloody work. Some downloaders redirect to some BS message saying it's not possible (which is BS, because it *is* technically achievable), but this one does something else. This downloader, when selecting 1080p, pings videodroid.org and then absolutely bloody nothing else happens.
If you can't make downloading 1080p happen, DO NOT PROVIDE IT AS AN OPTION. - Rated 1 out of 5by Chief, 7 years agoDon't waste your time, it works for a few days then stops. I even paid for the better downloading and still same issues. RIP OFF if you pay

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13984157, 7 years agoWorks for what it is but sucks ram and internet bandwidth. Very suspicious... perhaps they're mining bitcoins behind our backs but don't trust this anymore.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12188321, 7 years agoWants money for the mp3 download. Don't bother installing.
