- Rated 1 out of 5by Hubert, 17 days agofor many years this worked better than anything, it no longer works at all even on simple videos on simple web sites, it is TOTALLY NONFUNCTIONAL. it has zero ability now. like the goggles, it does nothing (simpsons inside joke).

We've released version 24.1, which resolves the issue where downloads were producing incorrect file types (including text documents) instead of videos — this was caused by a YouTube algorithm change. The extention therefore is a useless worthless trash.

We understand your concern about the paid upgrade for 1080p and MP3 features — these require our own server infrastructure because YouTube no longer provides direct download links for those formats. However, standard video downloads are still completely free! We've also just released version 24.1 which fixes the download issues many users were experiencing.
