As a researching media creator I'm very pleased with the work of this software creator ;-) Sorry to hear that a failure caused by a monopolist (YT) that does not play well with other people leads to bad ratings. Develop your feelings!
You should care about people that really share instead of judging and aiming your anger caused by those who don't.

Works nice and dandy

Very easy to use, and works very well. Didn't have a single occasion that it did break. Updates (when YT changes things) are quick too.

Superb feature

Used this add-on for along time and it has been excellent. Since a few days the green download button is not appearing. I contacted the developer and the latest round of YouTube changes have broken the add-on. He was super-friendly and is already working on a fix. I'll have to have a bit of patience but hopefully in a few days the new version will be out. Pity that it's led to so many negative reviews here when it's not really the developer's fault.

Great add-on. Due to code changes on YouTube's part, the button is currently no longer displayed and I realise how much I miss it. The developer is working hard on a solution and it will be ready soon. Thanks for that!

I really hope that people read the recent comments regarding the Youtube code change re: the missing download button. Their quick response to the problem was great (A fix is already uploaded to Firefox for review and approval and should soon get published and the add-on should get auto-updated to v 16.10). This has always worked seamlessly for me.

The developer is working on a fix whenever YouTube changes its policy to cope up with the latest versions. I really appreciate their efforts.!

Don't worry peeps. I know your video download withdrawals are peaking. You gotta have that dopamine brain crack. That satisfying feel of extracting YouTube videos to have your own copy. Don't binge that Costco vodka yet. The fix is coming. And it doesn't even require a shot in the arm. Or a trip to the DMV. Or reporting to jury duty. All we do is wait, and not even for that long.
