Even though YT changed code so addon wouldn't work, developer really quickly put up a fix.
One star reviews aren't aware of fix mostly.

Dishita does a great job in fixing problems with this extension that comes along from time to time. Remember the internet is an always changing platform and as a result requires attention and maintenance to adjust these extensions. If you have a particular problem with extension just be sure to let him know. I know he has done a great job in instances when needed!!

This add-on is the best! I love downloading movie/tv/streaming trailers so I know what to look forward to as I am a fellow cord cutter, hence no tv commercials :)

Best downloader app there is, supported by the best developer out there. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews from May 2021 - Youtube made changes to their page code, which broke this app. Dishita was on it right away and had a fix available within days. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else.

It's very nice to be able to download certain videos for posterity, especially given that some are deliberately purged for political reasons. This is a great extension that will allow you to save items you want to archive for future reference.
