I'm still waiting, I think perhaps if you are looking at a youtube downloader look elsewhere what was once a great downloader, is now just nothing, its only in the last few days that this has been a problem

posted 6 years agoPls. update to latest v 15.7, whenever youtube changes code every downloader out their breaks. This time it took longer for me to fix and then ever longer for mozilla to review and approve the update. It worked so fine before update to 15.2, but now so so so slowly and the button just tell PLS. This can take time, so even after more than an hour, we deactivated and found another to use. SO SAD, we liked it!Developer response

Their support page just says - we do not monitor this page. Their payment page, says you can select any donation amount, but only allows $30 - too bad the company and support are so bad.

When I try to download 720p files are empty - no longer valid. 15.7 fixed the problem. Still waiting for free 1080p download.Developer response

- Rated 4 out of 5by Delboy666, 6 years agoOk firstly I should point out it worked for half a day after I made a PayPal Donation to get the PRO version in the morning then stopped working and asked me to make ANOTHER donation for the PRO version in the afternoon.
I am sure I am an exception rather than the rule and I have contacted them over the issue. I type this so others are aware there can be issues.
Having said that I now have it working again after being e-mailed an activation link following my complaint. I found the support to be be pretty good.
