Fantastic. Deepesh is actively updating this app when Google change YouTube settings. Is the best downloader I had used, and even more so as the others fall by the wayside.

I find this add-on very useful. I am able to download the MP3 file and listen to the recording when I'm more relaxed without having to be online. Thanks for making this service available.

This is a fantastic addon and I highly recommend it. The developer is very helpful and does a great job here!
Some people reported problems with the addon when using an addblocker - I can not confirm that but it probably depends on all the other addons you use. By now I know which scripts I need to allow for it to work and all I can say: works a charm!
I use ublock origin and umatrix if anyone cares, so no problems there after you work it out (and adds are still blocked).

I've talked to Deepesh several times and he's always provided excellent support. I ended up buying the plugin because I needed the 1080p download capability since YouTube and Google practice censorship against anyone they disagree with, and I maintain copies of videos for the historical record. I've tried many other plugins and his is the only one that works so far. There's a ton of 480,720p downloaders out there and they all basically work the same way but virtually nothing else can grab 1080p because it requires multiplexion, and he's set up a server to do that for you (hence the cost). I hope everyone decides to support Deepesh for a very very modest cost. He's really not getting a whole lot from developing this software so I hope more people decide to help him either through good reviews or donations. Without this, we may lose a great, reliable tool for downloading high quality videos.

This is quite simply the very best,most reliable and the easiest to use add on for Youtube I've yet to come across.
I find it utterly indespensible and use it all the time.
Not only that if you pay the nominal price ask to for go the ads aswell as get full on 1080pHD downloads then it does everything you could want.

Now if that's not enough whenever those slippery lot at Youtube upgrade the site this add on is back in business working with the latest update within a day or so,

Now I'm sure there's any number of firefox add-ons that I've used with this browser over the years but not one of them has come close to being used as much as this one nor remotely as useful or straight forward.

Great youtube downloader

The simplest and most reliable downloader I've found. During the recent Mozilla update fiasco when all the addons went down for a couple of days, I realized just how much I use this program and finally ponied up a donation.

Quick and easy way to download videos on YouTube in a variety of quality levels. For anything 720p and over, I would recommend tipping the developer to get Pro access. ( These require additional transcoding on the developer's part. )
