    It works again! v24.1 just dropped and fixes the issue — YouTube changed their algorithm and broke things temporarily. Please update and give it another chance. Happy to hear your updated thoughts!

    Did not work at all. No matter which setting I used, I got a 0 byte mp4 file that didn't open.

    Hi SomeoneElse! That 0 byte mp4 issue is fixed in v24.1 — YouTube changed their algorithm which caused downloads to fail silently. Please update and every setting should produce a real, working file now. Give it a shot!

    The "unsupported file type" error was part of the same bug — a YouTube algorithm change caused downloads to produce broken files. Fixed in v24.1! Please update and the downloaded files should open properly now.

    Good news — v24.1 fixes the 0 byte download issue! It was caused by a YouTube algorithm change. Just update the addon and you're good to go. If it works, we'd love an updated review!

    Stop trying to gaslight me. It says the it has been downloaded and the file is no where. It didn't save but it keeps saying it saved 3 times. Did a full search of my mac and file doesn't exist.

    We're not gaslighting — the file genuinely wasn't being saved due to a YouTube algorithm change that broke the download process. It's now fixed in v24.1. Please update and the file should actually appear where it's supposed to. Sorry for the confusion!

    Was once the best Youtube ripper available, but now, it's trash. It rarely works, even when you pay for the pro upgrade, you can't download anything.

    This has become garbage... saves 0kb files (twice) and is now limited to a certain number of downloads then asks you to "upgrade" (will the files not be 0kb with the "pro" version?) -- the money arm-twisting and the cutesy invading popups compound the fact this is clearly not working, can't imagine how paying customer must feel like.

    Earlier it used to download Youtube videos nicely, but not at least in the past few weeks. It reports the video as downloaded but the file size is only 0 bytes and no video is to be seen. It is frustrating. Whenever this has been updated to enable video downloads, if it confirms the update, it will be a great help.

    It downloads alright! Two of the same YT video, with a size of 0 (ZERO) Everytime! And, it has the Gall to tell you it finished, and wants your 5 star review! Total waste of time!

    Hi LightwarriorElric! The gall of asking for 5 stars with 0 byte files — you're right, that was a bug! A YouTube algorithm change made it think it succeeded when it hadn't. Fixed in v24.1 now. Please update and the downloads will be real this time!

    Здравствуйте! Проблема с нулевым размером файлов решена в версии 24.1 — это не реклама, а реальное обновление, исправляющее баг от изменения алгоритма YouTube. Пожалуйста, обновите расширение и попробуйте снова!
