Great addon, but recently downloading has become hit or miss. Sometimes the 'save as' window will pop up, other times it just sits there & does nothing. I tried downloading with other addons, and they worked OK, so there's a bug in there somewhere. Hopefully it gets straightened out.

This program is the most stable you-tube downloader you can get and I highly recommend it, but give some love (money) for the developers and you will have direct access to higher quality HD downloads which is important for various keeper videos from people's websites that encourage downloads of their videos.

Do not purchase the "pro" version of this extension. I did so and have received none of the extra functionality advertised. I submitted a support request, but this has been completely ignored and I have had zero response. Quite obviously a scam.

This particular video down loader has not failed me yet! It allows me to watch over & over again videos that teach me wood working without going online & I can then upload them to my smrt phone!

Hands down, The Best Video Downloader for Youtube vids online today 2020 as this review is being written. I need to encode 1080p files from Youtube from time to time for our family to have movies to enjoy when they are offline. This does everything correctly and is an excellent solution. Try it next time you're on a train, or up in the mountains skiing. Right now we use it for videos on our tablet when we're offline in the jungle in The Philippines.

I like this add-on. Sometimes what I want to download doesn't work. but overall I've been happy with it.
