I used this for 2 years - excellent. July 2020, said I had to donate again, so I did.
Had trouble. Could not download anything - followed simple activation instructions, retried numerous times.

I sent a note to contact@videodroid.org, took 1 day - and got a reply from them. It is fixed and now all works as it should.

So if you're having trouble with the new PRO activation system, send a copy to that email address and wait 1 day - they'll hook you up and take care of it.

Donated the one time for Pro because I missed the video options to download video at 720p/1080p. I'm a pretty frugal man, but it was well worth it to bring back all of the functionality that I had taken for granted. Keep up the good work Dishita.

A really great that all FireFox users should have. Faster easier that all the rest. Thumbs Up.

Extremely handy add-on, and the developer keeps up to date with the endless youtube changes that break most extensions like this.

Works each time reliably. Very easy to use. The offered formats are very convenient.
When I had a problem (due to my own mistake) the customer support responded within one hour! Impressive...

Highly recommended: This video downloader is very easy to use, faster and less complicated to use than others. Click on the "Download As" button that appears below the YouTube video, select the file type you want to download (mp3, mp4, etc) and go! Also, if any bugs or server issues occur with the program, the developer responds promptly with a solution.

As technology continues to change - it's great to have someone stand behind their work. Appreciate the time/effort/ and results...

a) it works and b) great support - spend the time, spend a few $ and support this app. Hard to find good people who support such a great product.

This product is very easy to use and the support is second-to-none. I'm very impressed at the way I can access 1080p videos from YouTube.

One of my favorite Firefox Addons. Works reliably and updates are made when necessary. When I needed help, the developer was very prompt in answering my questions. Highly recommended!

Great extension. This is one of those add-ons that you forget how much you use it when you don't have it anymore. And it's one of the many reasons I'm back to Firefox full time. Thank you Dishita for keeping it up to date whenever YouTube inserts their foolery.

Update: 3 years later, the add-on is going strong and it has become pretty much a necessity. I always feel it whenever I don't have access. To top it off, the author is very generous with support as well.

Went Pro, really like ease and simplicity. When I had a problem, probably of my own making, I got a help response within hours of sending an email.
