Whatever update they have done has made the download button disappear. I am even more annoyed because I donated about a week or so ago.

I loved this app but stopped showing up all of a sudden. I just paid 10$ and still not working any longer. What's the heck???

April 2024 - Well, it has been working fine again until it failed again. But the team fixed the issue pretty quickly, in 2-3 days and working again wonderfully. I had paid again $10 as I thought it is what I needed to do... Since it was not working still, I requested a refund but they never responded. And in fact, I don't regret having paid again $10 to support all the good job from the team. I will do it again at a later time as well. Thank you to the team for everything.

Nov 4 2024. I downloaded the Desktop app and downloaded 6 videos at ease. I also downloaded them as MP3 super easily. All the downloads are super fast. I am amazed with the wonderful work all the team have provided. I could donate only $10 again as I am very short financially speaking but it worths every penny and would have donated much more if I could afford it. I am in the process of moving out following the passing of my husband and once i an settled, i will make another donation and/or pay the yearly fee for that app.I just don't know how to express my recognition face to the hard and effective work on that matter. I definitely pay much more soon. Thank you thank you thank you thousand times to the entire team. All users should donate at least the max if they can afford it or the minimum of $10. The team deserve it with no question.

The app works again and wonderfully, even signed in Google! I paid $10 to support the team and will pay more down the road when I found a much better job. The team is absolutely wonderful and I encourage everybody to download it if not already done and to use it and of course, to pay minimum $10 for support.

Worked flawlessly for years. Now button is missing. Will reinstall later once updated.

A very comfortable add-on. I tried some other before. But this one is the best. Easy handling & flawless download results in mp4 and, with pro version, in mp3. Astonishingly swift and helpful reaction by the developer to my recent support email. Pro upgrade is worth every cent. Thank you for your efforts.

Good Work

I didn't even have a Firefox account and made one just to write this review. The developer is SUPER RESPONSIVE. Anytime I've had an issue they are very prompt with a reply. That is very rare with any app. With anything really. Tells you alot about them and the pride they take in their product. Onto the app. It works seamlessly with Youtube and it is the best one out there. Period. There's been a few hiccups here and there but as I mentioned, their support takes care of it.

This is the best Youtube video downloader ever! Whenever there is an issue, which is not often, the support is fantastic! Issues are fixed immediately!

I have tried a few different apps. This is by far the easiest and most simplest to use. Easy to install. Never had an issue with it. Great job to the developer :) I Note that as of the last Firefox update 88.0.1 that the download button has disappeared.... so something has changed somewhere within Firefox itself..... I see a lot of comments.... BE patient people Dishita will get it sorted.

This is the great add-on I've ever had. I've downloaded many add-ons and removed them after using for 2-3 hours. But this add-on doesn't be like that. I'd like to say this is only add-on I've on my computer haha. When I have any problems and report to the dev, she always fixes it ASAP. Thank you so much about this helpful add-on.
