I spend way too much time on YouTube looking for new artists or new versions of songs. Before this downloader came along, I had to record the stuff I liked onto another computer. Now I can just click to download an audio file in 256/32-bit high-quality MP3. I couldn't be easier. It works just as well with video, though I don't download many videos. I donated 30 bucks to get the PRO version, and it's worth many times that. Support is great too. I had one glitch, and they got back to me right away. Problem solved. I'm one happy customer. I highly recommend this add-on.

Extremely easy to use. Great download rate compared to other add-ons I've come across that are slow and prone to 'unknown errors'. Overall the best addon for downloading youtube videos I've ever used!

This extension is great. Without it I am lost to downloading material from many websites. Awesome app!!!

When you stumble across a movie on YouTube that you would like to download it is often very problematic.

However, with this extension it is easy and intuitive. Use the provided drop down (embedded in the YouTube page, right below the movie) and select the quality. Then you just have to tell where to save it and after a while (seconds to minutes, depending on the size and whether it has to be re-coded) you have it.

You can even decide to download - say - a music video as a MP3 in various qualities.

I use the PRO version for which you have to pay a little, but with it you are able to download in the highest quality available. Since this requires some muxing on external servers the price is both fair and modest.

I can only recommend this add-on.

I was using VideoDownload Helper, but the UI keeps changing and it fails to work reliably with YouTube. This app, Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express, works very well. I like it.

Quick, clear, does everything as advertised.

To my mind this is the BEST downloader for Youtube videos. I had problems locating the icon to download the videos because it wasn't in the browser toolbar where these things often are.

After I'd opened my eyes it was obvious as there is a nice bid 'Download' button in the Youtube window itself.

Easy to use and works every time - I've bought a coffee to support.

Easily downloads mostly everything. With the latest fix it´s even better, so I recommend it for daily use and even for high quality videos

Of course, if you're downloading video or images that are illegal in your jurisdiction, then you will be super obsessed with covering your tracks, or trying to. I say 'trying to' because the authorities will find you eventually, charge you and prosecute you. You will be convicted and sent to prison for a long time. So the solution is not to download illegal images, not to worry about your download history!

I just donated again for this add-on, it really is that useful. With the donation, you get the ability to download the 1080P videos when possible. It's fast, reliable, and a wonderful way to ensure that a particularly poignant or humorous video can be saved for later, off-line viewing. A definite must every time I build a new system for my Firefox.

So far it's been the easiest to use compared to the other download extensions I've added to FF browser. Plus it seems to catch more media types than the others have. Thanks!
