    Update 2021.
    As usual This is a great app, and as usual, the problem, now sorted was caused by google. No surprise there though.
    Without a doubt Easy Video Downloader Express is the best Youtube downloader, without exception. Since having the pro version, the only hiccup was caused by Firefox and it's continual making alterations. Make sure the one you choose has EXPRESS, the other one doesn't work.     downloading mp3 works only for pro (paid) users. Unninstalled.

    I downloaded this mainly to download mp3, however I keep getting a message saying that option is no longer available. It works well to download videos and is easy to use

    Two weeks ago, I gave you a 5 star rating. I gave you a wonderful op-ed and a review how happy "I WAS". Notice the emphasis W-A-S. Every time I wanted to download on YouTube, your ad telling me only PRO users and 1080p and......... I am a PRO USER I PAID more than $35.00 and left dozens of E-MAILS, and trying every thing possible, not one response from you. Your suggestions your program on blogs don't work and your service or technical dept. if you even have one, doesn't answer. As far as I see it, this text won't be read or will be ignored. If by a miracle, you respond and fix my problem, I will delete this complaint, and return with a 5 star rating.
