Really great addon i have used for many years with never an issue featuring regular updates which considering this is all the work of one man I honestly wish i could pay him anything. However as my internet has just been reconnected after inability to pay my bill which is a regular occurence i cannot which pains me. SO the least i can do is give him a 100% review. NEVER a fault or problem in over 7 years of use!!!!

Excellent workaround for Google's stranglehold on YouTube video downloading. Free version allows for decent to mediocre downloads, with the possibility of higher quality downloads provided a pro user has downloaded the video recently. Pro version (price dictated by personal honesty) allows for downloads of excellent quality at exceptional speeds. This is a MUST HAVE app if you want to download YouTube videos without paying ridiculous subscription rates and/or don't want YouTube (aka, Google) watching your every move. The best part? With this add-on, you don't even need to log in to YouTube in order to download.
FOR MOBILE USERS: to use the add-on in the mobile Firefox browser, you need to request YouTube's (NOT FIREFOX'S) desktop site. It's located amongst the options found above the video window

I've been using this app for quite a while now. And I like it. When it downloads it does it very well. And over the years it has gotten a little more complicated as far as settings go. But, even after the years of using this app, I still consider it my number one app for downloads.
