- Rated 1 out of 5by Vista, 2 months agoPurchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.

posted 17 days agoHi Vista, we completely understand the frustration — showing 100% progress only to produce empty files is misleading and a waste of your time. We've released version 24.1 which fixes this bug properly. Please update and try again. If it works as expected, we'd really appreciate it if you could revise your review! 🙏 - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16229856, 2 months ago

Please update the extension and it should download properly without those issues. If it works, we'd love it if you could update your review! 🙏 - Rated 1 out of 5by Anne Hutchins, 2 months agoUsed to work, but not any more. Quicktime Player has no idea how to open these zero byte files...so...
Developer response

After updating, your downloads should be proper video files that open without any issues in Quicktime Player. Give it a try and if it works, we'd love an updated review! 😊 - Rated 1 out of 5by Yuri Maiden, 2 months agoI love the way it installs three 0 byte, entirely unusable files to my computer when I press the button once

posted 17 days agoHa, three 0 byte files from one click — that's impressively broken, we'll give you that! 😄 We've sorted it out in version 24.1 though. Update and it should download just the one proper file this time. If it works, we'd really appreciate an updated review!
