best youtube downloader for me so far

9 months later and it's broken yet again. Said "Working, Pls. wait for 5-25 minutes" for the last hour... and SD downloads only get 0 byte files.
My pro version also has the 0 byte problem. Developer keeps telling me it works, but broken downloads say otherwise. https://ibb.co/dfLYvFD

Terrific Add-on, non-intrusive but very easy to find and use. Looking into upgrading to PRO version.
Updated Review: Just did the latest update to this Add-on and the video does not download, it is only a 0bit maker file with no content. No chance at the PRO version now.

This plug-in used to be great. Recently, however, it breaks on a weekly basis.

When this one works, it's awesome. The problem is it rarely works.

Was okay until the last couple of updates, but works about 15% of the time. I'm using a one time paid app that does the same thing bc of this . I have paid this developer a couple of times so i can use the "Pro" feature, but it doesn't work anymore. I get zero downloads now. Also, a user shouldn't have to disable their extensions/add-ons to run it. My antivirus says it is a harmful file and has blocked it. I can't afford to be forking over my money for this extension to run properly. As a result I have been forced to uninstall it. Yes I have bought video clips that I like on YT to those who make them available to buy and like other kinds of media buy it for myself only . I am doing myself a favour in this manner anything I have downloaded from YT,etc,have been for sampling,previewing/evaluation and have been deleted form my download folder. Should I like what I see, I will buy the clipping
