This is an extremely useful and easy-to-use extension for Firefox that I use all the time (especially to extract sound files from music videos on YouTube for tracks which I haven't been able to find on the streaming services I use). I haven't had a single issue with the app and I highly recommend donating to the developer so that you get unrestricted use of all features.

I like that tool, is simply and fast dowloder , i use it for music video clips and some funny videos. Thanks Guys for the wonderful job !!

This is an excellent, must-have extension, IMO.
I highly recommend getting the full version to get full 1080p downloads, the asking price is more than reasonable, a pittance, really. The extension delivers and the developer keeps on top of it to stay one step ahead of google.

Update for March of 2024, Google/YouTube has broken the extension with more code changes and their recent tear on extorting every penny they can get, but the developer is working on it.
If you've just downloaded the extension for the first time ever,and are disappointed, just sit tight, this is hands down the best YT downloader out there.
If only more people would use Rumble though... *sigh*

I was wary at first, as I am of all 'downloading' software, but after carefully trying out EYVDE, I found it to be robust and reliable. It worked well enough that I subscribed to the Pro addition and found the extra D/L quality worth the price, and also the support provided to be quite above average. Even when there was a problem a month or two ago due to YT futzing around, EYVDE's developer worked it out and the add-on is back to working as usual. I nomally don't take the time to write add-on reviews, but this one deserves a 5-star rating. I have found that the add-on (and its support) is just that good.

I paid for the Pro activation, and it is well worth it. I recommend it very highly. I have been using it for a few years now. It's easy to use. The developer quite often updates it. It updates automatically. I haven't had any problems with it.
(One nice thing is you can avoid a lot of advertisements, by downloading.)
It's good for mp3 downloading as well.

This addon has allowed me to greatly increase my music library and expand my listening enjoyment. Dishita is always on top of code changes. The addon is very reliable.
