- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16611333, 4 years agoGreat addition! Works correctly in Twitch chats. But in Mozilla 84.0.2 there is a limit on the number of added emoticons, I have a maximum of 92 emoticons. Also, if I try to import more than 92 emotes, I get the message "Import succeeded", but nothing is actually imported. At the same time, this limitation is absent in Mozilla 78.0.2, and all emotes are added without problems, I managed to add 694. Dear developer, can this limitation be removed for new versions of Mozilla, or at least greatly increased (up to 1000 or more emoticons?)?
UPD. Thanks a lot for solving the problem! At the moment, in the current version of Mozilla 85.0.1, there are no restrictions on adding emoticons (I have added only 724 so far). Import and export also work correctly. Great job! 5 stars!Developer response
posted 4 years agoYes! I've just posted a new version that uses local storage for the emote list. This should allow lists much larger than 8kb in size (the previous limit). Thanks for the feedback; please let me know if the change is insufficient.
