Enhancer for YouTube™ by Maxime RF

by DanLo', 2 years agoThe only things missing from this extension are :
- an option to stop the really bad and forced youtube function that translates the videos titles into our youtube langage setting. Its cheat us into thinking that's a [isert your language here] video while it's in another language, and more over with a really bad translation...
- more flexibility with the overlay vide : when we scroll down, be able to move the mini video playing where we want on the screen on the fly (the current solution forces to hide a specific part of the information, either part of the comment section or the suggested videos, and you are force to find the "X" to close it or move the page at a specific height to see what you want). With such feature, we'd just have to grab and move the video , quick and clean.

Saves so much time in the long run - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15285833, 2 days agoAs they succumbed to Google's ressure to stop blocking ads, makes this kinda pointless. go elsewhere for that.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17822792, 2 days agoIt used to be a great extension, but it's causing a memory leak. Youtube lags and stutters, takes ages to respond to anything. Like a lot of other great extensions for youtube, it's been abandoned.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14518959, 3 days agothe automatic video stretching function to full screen stopped working, also the top panel with search became separate, when opening each video you have to go to the extension settings again and click the checkbox, and then scroll so that the video is fully visible and the top panel is not visible

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14495130, 4 days agoWas working really well for a long time, but recently it has been extremely buggy and causes YouTube to lag. Videos tend to stutter, the expand video player option doesn't work, the play speed is useless (because of stutter), and in general a lot of the features are currently broken or cause more issues than its worth. I love the extension, but I'm going to disable or uninstall for a while and wait for it to be fixed.
