I'm using mobile internet 4G fast internet speed no streaming trottle capped but with limited quota. This great extension can disable auto play, remove ads, force video low or high quality among another thing.

This add-on hasn't worked on random occurrences (different videos on different channels) since recent updates. The mini player doesn't appear when I scroll down to read comments, as do the add-on's additional controls.
