The latest version breaks countless site logins. I had to disable it.

as of recently, (march 2025) this new addon version keeps certain sites from loading, for example most prominent, duckduckgo main website loads okay but all search result pages render only the initial top search box somewhat and no content being shown. as soon as metamask addon gets deactivated, duckduckgo renders results normally over again. poor quality control of these developers :(((((

This addon is breaking sites from loading, duckduckgo, hotukdeals ect. Took a while to figure out which addon was the problem.

This 3/18 (12.12.0) update has broken my ability to login to mozilla website as well as manage my rmm clients on centrastage (rmm.datto.com) I've had to disable this plugin completely.

Most overrated crypto wallet by a wide margin. Absolutely painful to use. Slower than snail. No thanks

After March 18th update, it blocks from viewing some webpages like lenovo.com or office.com documents

MM is just so bad. Some of the severe issues are:
- its sooooo slow. Other wallet like rabby are more than 2x faster signing transactions, why?
- Login often hangs so I have to completly restart FF to fix it.
- Managing addresses ist so much worse than on other wallets and features are just lacking so much behind.
- The mobile version for iOS is just the worst of the worst. My phone gets insanly hot, the app hangs, never updates and crashes periodically. Whoever build that thing is just the peak of incompetence.

I am only using MM because I am too lazy to migrate all my addresses. I really should switch, it has become unbearable.

The addon itself is fine, but the service sucks. Adding anything, you need gas fees to transfer. And if they're not in the right coin. You need to add even more money. No auto-conversion available! (only available on Ethereum).

So this addon is basically worthless as you need to keep adding money to work with it.

stuck loading

It's JUNK. It's so bad, I'm going to have to install and use a different browser. EVERY time I open my wallet for the day, the wallet won't connect and I'm forced to uninstall the extension, reinstall, and then must enter the 12 word unlock phrase - and select a new password. It's beyond annoying. I am not going to continue using something that requires an install every day. No support, either. What a complete waste of time. Mozilla/Firefox continues to lose functionality - between the never ending updates and reminders to update and issues like this, it's just not worth it. Unfortunate, I've been a Firefox user for 20+ years. So long folks.
