About this extension

This should work on any website, but if something I guess let me know https://github.com/dw5/24H-BrowserTimeEverywhere/issues (GitHub account needed to create issue)
There is 500ms (half of 1 second) delay in order to not overwhelm system resources too much, however it might look weird on 12 hour clocks (like this one https://www.onlineconversion.com/date_12-24_hour.htm )
I've tested on Discord (provides without seconds) and Hetzner Cloud (console.hetzner.com, provides with seconds) and it seems to work well. In any case, this extension works "as is" because it's a pretty experimental and potentially website breaking extension.
It probably will not work (for now) with weirder time styles which use symbols other than [:], like 01.20 PM or 05:10 P.M or 8p, forms/text input might be tricky if you start tying 12 hour format (but then why you have this extension?)
NOTE: There is no UI for enable/disable/per site. You could use userscript / violentmonkey though.
