Ghost Buster does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It does not use analytics, advertising, or any remote servers.

The extension reads job listings on indeed.com and ziprecruiter.com pages you visit, only to display badges and notes in your browser. It stores two things locally: (1) your settings, which Firefox may sync between your own devices if you use Firefox Sync, and (2) a list of listings you have viewed (company, job title, and date first seen), used to detect reposts. You can delete the second item at any time with "Clear tracking history" in the extension popup, or by removing the extension.

Clicking the interview-information link opens a Google search in a new tab. That search is made by you, under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
