Gugu OrderFlow by GuguPro

Gugu OrderFlow helps small B2B suppliers, wholesalers, distributors and light manufacturers reduce manual purchase-order data entry. Open the uploader from the Firefox toolbar, choose one customer purchase order, and send it to your signed-in Gugu OrderFlow workspace. The web app extracts supported order details and opens an editable review table so you can correct every field before exporting an ERP-ready sales order Excel or CSV file.

Supported inputs include JPG, PNG and WebP photos, text-based and scanned PDFs, XLSX, XLS and CSV files up to 10 MB. Recognition can make mistakes, so every result must be reviewed and confirmed by the user. The extension does not write to an ERP, issue invoices, trigger fulfillment, send email or collect customer payments.

The extension has one purpose: transfer a purchase order explicitly selected by the user to the official Gugu OrderFlow review workspace. It runs only on the official product website. It does not read browsing history, inspect unrelated websites, scrape pages, execute remote code, sell user data, or read passwords, session tokens or full payment-card numbers.

The browser extension is free. Free Gugu OrderFlow accounts can process three orders per month. An optional web-app membership removes that monthly limit and is managed by the independent website and its checkout provider, not by the extension.
