Gugu OrderFlow works only with the official Gugu OrderFlow website. When a user explicitly selects one purchase-order file, the extension transfers it to the open official workspace for recognition and manual review. The file may contain customer names, contact details and order amounts. The extension also receives signed-in status and up to three recent-order summaries from the official website. It does not read passwords, session tokens, full payment-card numbers, browsing history or unrelated websites, does not sell data, and does not permanently store the selected file inside the extension. Website retention and privacy requests are described in the linked bilingual policy.
