- Rated 5 out of 5by Gabriel, 4 years agoLately my Firefox has had issues with the background color on images... It goes "Eye Raping" White... No matter what I did fixed it. Cache... Cookies... Update...
Now this works like a charm, may be the ONLY option BUT... It doesn't slow the browser down and does exactly what it says without clutter! - Rated 5 out of 5by Kalathar, 4 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Athian, 6 years agoVersions earlier than 1.1.6 were great (and I believe it's still great), just explain the reason why is the last version of your extension tries to “access the data on all websites”? I believe it's completely unneeded just to render one standalone page with image and very suspicious. This and that made me refuse the update and disable further ones.
Edit: I've looked at your last commit on GitLab (I'm not a developer though) and didn't find anything suspicious. My fault, sorry.Developer response
posted 6 years agoMozilla really ought to make work of explaining that permission to users, because I'm seeing this confusion a lot. The problem with it is that an addon either has no permission at all to modify a webpage (which includes necessities like detecting an image and setting a background around it), or gets full access to everything in the page ("all your data"), there is no in-between. Hope that clears it up for you, and I'm glad you took the time to check out the code and correct your own remark. Very cooperative and sensible of you, thanks. Serdecznie polecam. Warto!
