    Improvements in 1.7:
    - The current Beam Mode is now also shown in the settings panel
    - The extension can now optionally send a notification upon any mode change
    - The extension can now optionally send a notification if the cms oms server becomes unreachable
    - The beam dump notification is now sent if either a) LHC actually publishes BEAM DUMP, or b) the STABLE BEAMS beam mode ends in any way (for example the LHC moves back to ADJUST for machine development)
    - Added tooltips for every button in the settings panel. Also added a tooltip for the beam mode that provides a short description of what the current mode means
