I would like to offer enhancement for the add-on:
After opening many tabs, the firsts two will be active at start. after close the first tab, the second will be ready and the tab after it will begins to load in the background.
So there will be no need to wait for a load after closing the tab - Rated 5 out of 5by Andre Bell, 7 years agoNice. Have 10 tabs opened in background. CPU is hovering between 2% and 5% with this add-on enabled. Without this add-on Firefox Quantum causes CPU to max out at 100% CPU and screens bog with white windows and no content loaded. Thanks for fixing my frustration!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12460883, 8 years agoThe biggest advantage of this addon are in tabs with video (youtube for example) , which until now has been buffering in the background and wasting bandwidth + slowing firefox down, not anymore. Thank you, this is extactly what i have been searching for..
