About this extension
This extension puts a price tag on the events in your Google Calendar. Each tag shows people × hours × hourly rate, so an hour with eight colleagues reads as what it really is. The free version has no limit and needs no account. Pro costs $5.99 once, no subscription.
WHAT IT DOES
Open it in the browser. Every event with guests gets a small tag in its corner with its cost, in the week, day and month views. The toolbar popup lists the calls of the range you see, grouped by day, with the number of people and the amount for each one.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Open calendar.google.com.
2. Click the icon and enter an average hourly rate and a currency.
3. The tags update at once. Guests who declined are not counted.
FREE
• Cost tags on all events, without a limit.
• One hourly rate for everybody, in 21 currencies.
• A list of the week you see with people and amount per event.
• Leave out events without guests, or include them.
PRO ($5.99, LIFETIME)
• Rates per person or per company domain, for example a client's team.
• The total for the week you see, plus people-hours.
• Other ranges: last week, next week, this month or last month.
• A CSV file with date, time, title, people, hours and amount.
PRIVACY
The extension reads events only on the calendar site, through the same export offered under Settings. Everything is calculated on your computer and nothing is uploaded to the developer. Rates and options stay in your browser. The only data sent anywhere is the email you enter to buy or restore Pro, which is checked against the payment.
