Meeting Cost Calculator for Google Calendar runs only on calendar.google.com. There it reads the account's own calendar export (the same file as Settings > Import & export) with the user's session, keeps event titles, times and guest addresses in memory only, and calculates the cost tags on the user's computer. Calendar data is never stored or sent anywhere.

Settings (hourly rate, currency, rates per person or domain, options) are saved locally in the browser's extension storage.

The only data that leaves the browser is the email address the user enters to buy or restore Pro. It is sent over HTTPS to the developer's license server (lakeside-ext-api.expo.app), which checks it against the Stripe payment and answers paid or not paid. Payment itself happens on Stripe's checkout page; the extension never sees card data. No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
