This extension is great for making your web pages into dark mode. I love how it works so well but still some parts of this extension needs to be updated like when printing in google docs your page background would be black and not white so it would waste ink. Otherwise this extension is great since you get a long free trial for the Pro version and you can earn months. This can also support many of the popular browsers like chromium browsers, firefox and safari. Would recommend! - Rated 4 out of 5by Priyank Mittal, a year agoI am a software developer and I have been using this for almost 2 years now,. It works pretty seamless on most of the websites. The most used shopping, social media, learning websites looks perfect with Night Eye's dark mode.
- Rated 4 out of 5by amacdope, 2 years agoworked suprisingly well considering the reviews. Loved how you can individually customise the apperance of each website. Just wish it doesn't take so long sometimes for it to load after changing settings.
- Rated 4 out of 5by B. | LOUGHER, 2 years agoExcellent Dark Mode extension. Highly customizable and also as bonus features that assist in making some websites more compatible with dark mode. Overall, one of the best Dark Mode extensions available. Only negative is requiring paid subscription.
- Rated 4 out of 5by ANY892, 3 years agoIts Very nice to not have every Website blind you when you are shopping for stuff. Sometimes it does get a bit annoying that it extends load times a bit but its something to get used to.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Cinnabuns, 4 years agoWas really great as a free extension, but the price is much too high. A $9 subscription or $40? Try $5 for the license, ya'll.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Solonetheus, 4 years agoIt's not perfect - lots of places where text becomes unreadable when in dark mode, and it's a nightmare if you're using Blackboard for an exam or something (it reloads the page when enabling/disabling/changing Night Eye settings - big no-no with online exams!), but you can give it settings that apply to the entirety of the domain (i.e. all sites starting with Blackboard.University.edu). Google in dark mode is absolutely awesome, and the option to just dim pages instead of applying the dark mode filter is AWESOME!

(1) I've not noticed any slowdown at all on page loading in Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera or UR browser for Pro 3.2.1
(2) It appears to blank out the Google Ads box on a lot of pages when using Dark Mode.
BAD:
(1) On some browsers' addon pages, I see a lot of comments about not knowing the cost of Pro (which is $9.00 p.a./ 2c per day). That should be headline, not something you have to seek out.
(2) On Gmail, the options after opening an email disappear. Not a big problem - just right click and 'back' arrow.
