by Firefox user 15743954, 6 years agoThe extension works, but the extension does not think I am signed in. Many times I open the browser, I am still connected to the VPN. If I go to nordvpn.com it says I am "protected", BUT the extension still prompts me to log in. It is very annoying. If I want to turn off the VPN, I first have to log in (I should already be logged in, but the extension doesn't realize that) and then once I log in (again) I can finally tell it to disconnect. This needs to be fixed.

posted 6 years agoHello. Do disconnect from our server before closing your browser to see whether the issue that you're currently experiencing persists the next time you launch it.

- Rated 5 out of 5by ole vikanes, a day agoQuick and easy! I use this one all the time. Noticed a few (very few) dropouts now and then, but it is seldom. NordVPN's app is already quite userfriendly, but this extension makes it even easier to use.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19645930, 14 days agoIt says the permission to "Access your data for all websites" is optional, but it will not allow you to use the extension without enabling it, so I don't use it. I didn't install any of the other features they offer so there's no point to allow this permission since I'm not using their password manager or other stuff.

I use extensions on Firefox, Brave & Chrome browsers at the same time. So I can be in multiple countries simultaneously.
I have been a happy customer for 9 years, and I've just added another two years to my subscription.
I have used several other VPNs over the years to compare speed, stability and availability. No surprises, NordVPN comes out on top for me.Developer response

This was a total waste of a hundred dollars plus a Private IP address that does not allow a simple Google search. Oh, if you are a software engineer or developer, I am sure it's great. For someone just wanting privacy and to stay out of the mainstream, forget it. They don't have time to help you with anything. They simply want your money. 26 pages of 1 STAR REVIEWS says it all. 26 pages of people hosed.
