- Rated 1 out of 5by Charles, 7 months agoDoes not auto-connect. Which makes it essentially useless. Your IP will be leaked when you launch the browser.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 6170113, 7 months agoHaven't used it without a problem once.
It also can't be set to auto-connect on start.
PIA in general can't even get get their servers halfway stable and I woldn't trust them with caring for a pet rock either.
They're cheap. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19547728, 8 months agoAfter installing this asks to purchase the account. Are you serios? It should marked "All features reqires payment" to not waist our time!!! - 100 stars
- Rated 1 out of 5by leaftalker, 9 months agoThe app "works", but whenever I connect to it, the app forces my settings to use light mode. The add-on should not have the ability to force my light/dark mode settings on websites.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Clark, a year agoThis addon has never worked on firefox. For over 3 years. no issues with it on unix or windows but as an extension in browers never worked.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18797758, a year agoA number of updates over the last year or so have removed servers from the available list until today there is only one server. The speed it bad and you constantly have to change servers to keep your connection working. You get logged out all the time. Use a different service.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18642842, 2 years agoThis plugin causes conflicts with my Hikvision camera plugin. I can display my two cameras on the web gui when this plugin is disabled. However, when this plugin is enabled it interferes and causes the video window to be too large and offset to the right (so the second camera is not visible).
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14609082, 2 years agoAlways goes down for extended periods of time. It shows it's connected but you can't load pages. Sometimes reinstalling gets it working again but only lasts a short while.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17596741, 2 years agoWhy is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I start up this addon I have to flip through the entire list of regions 10-20 times just to find 1 working connection?
- Rated 1 out of 5by mikeeu, 2 years agoDoesn't have all server location for whatever reason. Entirely useless

- Rated 1 out of 5by Mark, 2 years agoStill randomly disconnects and requires password to be retyped in, or randomly get proxy errors and have to restart.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 10657606, 3 years agoUnbelievable! Permanent logouts on different devices, connection drops several times a day. When will this finally be fixed?
