- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18797758, 2 months agoA number of updates over the last year or so have removed servers from the available list until today there is only one server. The speed it bad and you constantly have to change servers to keep your connection working. You get logged out all the time. Use a different service.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18642842, 6 months agoThis plugin causes conflicts with my Hikvision camera plugin. I can display my two cameras on the web gui when this plugin is disabled. However, when this plugin is enabled it interferes and causes the video window to be too large and offset to the right (so the second camera is not visible).
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14609082, 8 months agoAlways goes down for extended periods of time. It shows it's connected but you can't load pages. Sometimes reinstalling gets it working again but only lasts a short while.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17596741, a year agoWhy is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I start up this addon I have to flip through the entire list of regions 10-20 times just to find 1 working connection?

- Rated 1 out of 5by Mark, a year agoStill randomly disconnects and requires password to be retyped in, or randomly get proxy errors and have to restart.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 10657606, a year agoUnbelievable! Permanent logouts on different devices, connection drops several times a day. When will this finally be fixed?

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15476681, a year agoFrequent connection drops that force me to change servers. It says it's still connected but I can't open a single website unless I swap servers. Also occasionally it just logs me off and asks for credentials or I get pop up window to provide those when it attempts to connect to VPN server. I can't just log out and stay logged out, because after restarting the browser it logs me back in. I had to reinstall the addon to temporarily solve some of those issues. Can't depend on it because of the frequency of the issues and how long it takes to resolve those.

- Rated 1 out of 5by planetm, 2 years agoGetting the same errors as @Cynitec below.
This add-on needs to be updated, big time!
The last update was (as of today) 7 months ago, so I think this is the problem.
I may have to cancel this if they can't get a newer version released. - Rated 1 out of 5by Cynitec, 2 years agoAlmost useless. I regularly have to switch server because the connection just stops working, and now I'm getting the error "The proxy moz-proxy://https-us-washingtondc.privateinternetaccess.com:80 is requesting a username and password. The site says: “Private Internet Access”"
I'll be switching VPN providers when my subscription ends
Update: 8 months later I'm still having to switch servers, and reinstall the add-on every week or so. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17953802, 2 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by David B., 2 years agoThe Firefox extension for Private Internet Access seems to not work for some reason...this started a couple of weeks ago so I just deleted it today...I'm tired of messing with it.
