posted 4 months agoThat doesn't sound right. Please try logging out, then logging back into the extension to see if the entries reappear. If that doesn't work, you can also try the manual sync option that can be found by clicking the Proton Pass icon in the top-left corner of the extension → Advanced. Lastly, do not hesitate to contact us using the 'Feedback & Help' option with more details so we can investigate further.
