- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13558218, a year agoI recommend against this extension because the free version allows creating just one extra vault. It is not really possible to organize several notes in this way. It is abusive of users since it doesn't cost anything to allow extra vaults. At least five vaults should have been allowed for free users. Meanwhile, I have no choice but to stick to Bitwarden which has no such limitation.

posted a year agoHi! We do not profit off your data, and the only way we maintain our services, as well as make Free accounts possible, is through the support of our paying users. This is why we offer paying users access to additional features and perks. Nevertheless, we'll forward your feedback to the team, so it can be taken into future consideration. - Rated 5 out of 5by Brett, a year ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Wandering Druid, a year agoAfter using Keepass and Kaspersky password managers I have to say that Proton pass has been the best one I have used so far. It integrates well with my browser without being too intrusive. It auto recognizes the page I am on and has the password handy for me. It syncs well to my phone and will even allow for app logins to be auto filled if I want it to. So far it has been easy to use and works as it should.

A no-brainer!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Peter, a year agoIt is a great password manager. As a long-time ProtonMail user, I've migrated from the built-in Firefox password manager to this as soon as I saw it :)
On the other hand, the product is not (yet) perfect, there are some areas where it could be improved:
- automatically locking the vaults after a certain time.
- passwords weren't filled in in basic authentication popups created by the browser which is a bit inconvenient sometimes
- the difference of the Proton Plus vs Unlimited feature sets feels a bit too big (at least supporting more than 1 vault would be nice in the Proton Plus edition). Vault sharing does not make do much sense when there is only one vault available.Developer response

- Rated 4 out of 5by Aegis, a year agoIt's not perfect, but thanks to recent updates, it has improved significantly! The overall experience has become quite enjoyable.
However, there is room for improvement in the user experience (UX). For instance, when trying to click on the 'create login' link within an alias's details, there's a risk of accidentally clicking on the alias, copying it and overwriting the password stored in the clipboard.
This situation arises because the extension occasionally fails to recognize that I've completed the registration process. As a result, I end up having to manually create a login with a generated alias. Unfortunately, the 'create login' link is very small and it's easy to missclick.Developer response
