posted 2 years agoThank you for your review! If you have any suggestions on what we can do to improve, feel free to share them with us at our User Voice page: https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/953584-proton-pass. - Rated 2 out of 5by Gotz, 2 years agoThe subscription plan is very poorly thought out, I have the "mail plus" subscription and if I want unlimited proton pass I have to take "proton unlimited" which is a price difference that makes no sense.
The free version is much too restricted.
There are also a lot of bugs: the fields are filled in but the validate/connect button does not activate, or refuses to connect.
It also lacks many functions, the "check up" of weak passwords for example does not exist, the sorting functions are more than limited, all this is too basic.
In short, it's too expensive and it's too limited.
I wanted to switch from Firefox manager to proton pass and finally I backtracked.
I love proton mail but there is still a lot of work to be done to make proton pass a premier password manager.Developer response
posted 2 years agoThank you for sharing your feedback with us! A password strength indicator is currently available on Android and iOS, and it's on our roadmap for the extension as well. Moreover, having two active subscriptions under the same account is not supported. If the Unlimited plan doesn't fit your needs, a possible workaround is having two Plus accounts - one for Proton Mail and another one for Pass.
Please let us know what sorting options you're missing, as well as which validate/connect button you're referring to, in an update to your review. - Rated 5 out of 5by afelibr, 2 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by jrumbeat, 2 years agoGetting the subscription that includes the vpn, password manager, email, and ai assistant has helped me tremendously in managing my whole online life already, and I've only had it for a day, lol. Highly recommended!! <3

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13837046, 2 years agoIt's easy to use — thank you, Proton! It's becoming more and more efficient, too.
Edit: two years later, I'm still happy with it and it's getting better all the time. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18263784, 2 years agoEasily saved untold dozens of hours of life in the past few months alone. Pretty genius product— THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
- Rated 4 out of 5by apq, 2 years agoGreat add-on, but I'm missing functionality such as custom fields and separate username and email fields.

posted 2 years agoHi! The option to use custom fields is available to anyone with a premium subscription. You can learn how to add them to your Proton Pass entries at: https://proton.me/support/pass-custom-field. - Rated 5 out of 5by Aa, 2 years ago
