by MrMcSavvy, 22 days agoExtension completely bricks FireFox. Fails to connect and remains stuck at which time, all functionality of the browser has stopped. Cannot open settings, cannot click the extension icon, nothing. Assumed it may have been the core secure function causing the hang up, so I did a refresh on FireFox. Reinstalled the extension and same issue happened. Had to do another refresh of FireFox.

Please contact us at https://protonvpn.com/support/contact letting us know which specific Firefox version and Proton VPN extension version you have installed, what OS your device is running, whether you have the auto-connect option enabled, etc. We'd be happy to investigate the issue further.
