- Rated 2 out of 5by Daniele, 7 months agoI installed the PWA but even if I install the deb package (OS Ubuntu 24.04 Firefox flatpak version) I cannot select the runtime installation
Developer response
posted 7 months agoFlatpak is not supported because it doesn't provide the necessary APIs yet. You can read more details here: https://pwasforfirefox.filips.si/help/faq/#why-doesnt-the-extension-find-the-native-connector-on-linux
You will need to use normal Firefox (from Mozilla website or their DEB repository) instead. - Rated 2 out of 5by MysticSoft, 10 months agoi have both extension and firefoxpwa installed but it says unexpected error occured, does e being user of windows 7 play factor in that?
Developer response
posted 10 months agoPlease check troubleshooting tasks (https://pwasforfirefox.filips.si/help/troubleshooting/) to obtain the extension and native logs and create an issue on GitHub. Also, Windows 7 is no longer supported, so you might experience issues because of that. - Rated 2 out of 5by DrkLws, 2 years agoTried to use it for over an hour. It worked fine for like 20 minutes but then no anymore. I installed Twitter first and for some reason all other sites that install only open Twitter.

Developer response
posted 3 years agoUnfortunately, I don't really know what do you mean by this. PWAs use completely separate profiles, so it shouldn't matter which profile you use on your main Firefox. If you want to sync data between your main profile and PWAs, I recommend you use Firefox Account/Sync or a third-party sync solution.
If you mean that opening a link from PWA in a default browser opens your link in a wrong profile, then go to "about:profiles" in your main Firefox and set the correct profile as default.
If you think there is some bug or other problem, please open an issue/discussion on GitHub (and write it in English if possible).
