by slawnkale, 2 years agoFive stars! It tooks some time (it's June 2024 now) but 3.0.0.16 is finally here in addons.mozilla. And now everything works as should. Thanks to the developer and contributors, especially theblackhole. Great job!

I guess 3.0.0.14 was pulled off because it's not in github? Instead, there's 3.0.0.16. But it's not here in addons.mozilla. Maybe soon?
Even earlier review, in Dec 2023:
Something just broke, probably by 3.0.0.14. When on any youtube tab, things just freeze and eventually Firefox says that Return Youtube Dislikes addon is making browser slow. So I kept stopping the addon again and again, and finally disabled it. I didn't want to give one star because otherwise this is a 5-star addon. Please fix, thanks.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Rynn21, 5 days agoIt worked up till about a month ago. Now, the dislike button is broken. You can't see if you've disliked a video or not, and there's no number or thumbs down count.

No dislike icon, so you can't tell if you disliked a video already, and the count is in prose ("one thousand and twenty..." instead of "1023"), which is so long it won't fit in the button and gets cropped, so you can't read the count either

- Rated 2 out of 5by flamboyantwinkle17, 21 days agoKind of strange that while the dislike count is displayed, the thumbs down icon is absent. Additionally, for some inexplicable reason, the Firefox extension hasn’t been updated for a considerable time. Although installing the user script instead resolves this issue, I really hope that the Firefox extension is also updated soon.
