by AshiAshi, 3 days agoI'm about to give this extension a try and if it works, I'll update my rating to 5 stars. However, reading the information about this extension, I just came across something I think should be addressed sooner rather than later.
It says this extension will ensure that any changes you make to a website are permanent. If you reload the page, your changes will still be there.
What if you make a mistake?
I assume you can tell this extension to undo any changes you made to a website and revert it back to the original version. (I would really appreciate it if you could tell me whether this is true or not.)
I've been working with people who use AI (in any kind of way) for a while, and know from experience that people often forget that if they can tell AI to do something for them, they can also tell it to undo those things. While it seems logical, people don't always realize this.
My suggestion: in the information, where it states that this extension will ensure any changes are permanent, add a note that informs users what they can say if they want to see the website the way it originally was. It's gonna save you from getting the same question ("How do I undo my changes?") over and over again. ...Or at least, it should help. (Unfortunately, there are many people who don't read the instructions, so they won't see it.)
EDIT: awaiting response from the developer. The extension doesn't even open at the moment. So, not working in the Firefox browser on mobile phones using Android.
